By creating an account or using FILMCONTACTSHEET (the “Service”) at filmcontactsheet.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

FILMCONTACTSHEET lets you upload scanned images and generate authentic-looking film contact sheets that you can download.

• You must provide accurate information and confirm your email address before access is granted.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

• Generating a contact sheet consumes one “sheet” from your balance. Sheets may be granted for free or purchased in packs.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at the time of purchase.
• If a contact sheet fails to generate due to an error on our side, the sheet used is automatically refunded to your balance.

• You retain all rights to the images you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process those images and generate your contact sheets.
• You confirm that you own or have the right to use the images you upload, and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights or violate any law.
• The contact sheets we generate from your images are yours to use.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to abuse, harass, or harm others.

The Service itself — including our software, design, and branding — belongs to us. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or platform beyond using the Service as intended.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FILMCONTACTSHEET will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
